The hotel is a gem for a short stay. Can't recommend it enough. The room was tidy, clean and ALL you need if you are in town on a business trip with WIFI access in all areas of the facility. Staff was very welcoming, kind and helpful at anytime. I really did enjoy the coffee (Turkish coffee) and the bawl of fruits offered free of charge to the guests. Metro and bus transportation is near by but also ask the staff for help with taxi cabs as the rates are very affordable.

Staff was so helpful and tried their best to assist me whenever I asked a question. Breakfast was better than I expected. There is a public bus stop right outside the hotel. You can reach the subway station in 5 minutes. Room was nice with complimentary water so that you can prepare your coffee inside the room.

Comfortable and clean room, friendly staff. Hotel staff speaks English, that is a big plus for Istanbul. The administration kindly helped resolving all issues. Particularly I would like to mention Deniz who works at the reception.

I was not sure how long I was going to stay as I was doing hospital check ups, so I initially booked for two nights, then for one more night, and then two more nights, and the reception staff are the best I have come accros in hotels, as the moment you show your concern, it felt to me that they shared the same concern, and did everything to find a solution. So I would strongly suggest this hotel to anyone who has bussines or pleasure in the area. Thank you guys, particularly Esat.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Even not all of them speak english they did all they could to satisfy our requests. The receptionist at my arrival was great. I received the room that I booked. The ladies from the kitchen were able to provide an early breakfast as I had to live earlier than the opening time of the dinning facility. Thank you for that. The location is in the heart of a typical turkish neighborhood at the end of a local shop street. If you want to feel the local vibe that's the place. Definitely will come back.

Hello. İt is 3 star hotel situated close to the Liv Hospital Vadistanbul İ used to vizit. near are various shops and markets. Hotel is not new but rooms were always clean. stuff was very helpfull and did their best for visitors. Special thanks to Deniz, Shahin, Adem and all the stuff at reception!!! Thank you guys!!!

Staff was friendly. They lended me a usb-c charger for the night, printed out some documents for me, and let me borrow a pen. The room was clean, and had everything I needed. The extra water and small snacks was a nice bonus.

Everything was perfect :) The room was vary pleasant,tidy and comfortably bed,there is cleaning, the breakfast was very nice and delicious, the reception people's was very kind :)
